John Lynsdale
- Nock
John is the
founder of Corniworld Publications, he studied music at Colchester
Institute School of Music & Drama. He is now building
a successful career as a freelance horn player working throughout
the UK and abroad. John has been teaching privately for several
years and is presently the horn tutor for Ealing Junior Music
School.
John began
arranging music whilst at school, providing pieces for his
brass quintet. He developed his skills whilst at college arranging
for the various horn and brass groups he played with. Johns'
aim has always been to try and provide challenging but interesting
arrangements,
John has also
been commisioned for arrangements by groups such as the London
Symphony Horn Section, the LSO Discovery Department and the Hong Kong Philharmonic Horn Section. Some
of his works have been recorded by ensembles, his arrangement
of Bohemian Rhapsody for brass quintet can be found on the
Chameleon Brass cd "Its All Been Arranged". Several
of Johns' pieces have been used on numerous occasions at British
Horn Society Festivals around the UK.

Adam Walters
Adam is a
freelance horn player living in London. He has played with
many orchestras in the UK including The Royal Opera, English
National Opera, Glyndebourne Touring Opera, BBC Concert Orchestra,
Scottish Chamber Orchestra and English National Ballet. He
is a member of Alberti Brass and principal horn of sound collective.
Having studied composition as part of his music degree at
Cambridge University, Adam is active as an arranger for Corniworld
and as a composer of music for student ensembles. His arrangements
of songs from the shows received critical praise from the
magazine of the British Horn Society.
Adam holds brass teaching posts in Waltham Forest, Wandsworth,
Sutton and Cambridge

William Salaman
William Salaman has enjoyed a distinguished career as a horn player, a teacher, a university lecturer, and an advisor on arts education. He was a principal horn player for the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, and has played with many other leading British orchestras, in London and elsewhere. He has taught in schools, in Higher Education and within the independent sector. Some of his horn-playing students have forged successful careers in the UK and overseas. He is the author of around seventy books and articles on music and musical education, and has composed for a wide variety of musical ensembles.
