Takeshi is the principal horn player for the Kumamoto Music Academy Orchestra, a representative of Kumamoto Horn Ensemble, Kumamoto Brass Quintet and Kumamoto Wood Wind Ensemble. He has arranged many pieces of music and they have been widely played throughout Japan. Member of International Horn Society and Japan Horn Society. His favorite horn player is Boris Afanasiev, the former principal player of Moscow Radio and TV Symphoney Orchestra
