John is the founder of Corniworld Publications, he studied music at Colchester Institute School of Music & Drama. He is now working as a freelance player, arranger, publisher and teacher. John began arranging music whilst at school, providing pieces for his brass quintet. He developed his skills whilst at college arranging for the various horn and brass groups he played with. Johns' aim has always been to try and provide challenging and interesting arrangements covering a wide range of musical genres that are accessible to all standards of player. John has been commisioned for arrangements by groups such as the London Symphony Horn Section, the LSO Discovery Department, Cyprus Symphony Orchstra Brass Section, the Hong Kong Philharmonic Horn Section and the British Horn Society. Some of his works have been recorded by ensembles, his arrangement of Bohemian Rhapsody for brass quintet can be found on the Chameleon Brass cd "Its All Been Arranged". Several of Johns' pieces have been used on numerous occasions at British Horn Society Festivals around the UK and all pieces that have been reviewed have received high praise.
