Shipping And Handling

  • Orders within the UK are usually shipped by Royal Mail 1st class post. Larger orders will be shipped by the most cost effective service.

       If you require your order to be sent by another method then        please contact us to discuss your requirements.

  • Overseas orders are sent by standard airmail.                  

  • EU destinations take approximately 3-5 working days - Rest of the World approximately 5-10 working days.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of receipt.

  • Delivery times will depend on the delivery method used and on stock levels of works purchased as some catalogue items are "printed on demand".


  • The VAT rate on printed music in the UK remains at 0%. Other countries and their territories may levy VAT or other duties or taxes at local rates on imported printed music. We have no control over such additional charges, and our retail prices are not intended to include any part of these additional charges, which are the entire responsibility of the purchaser.


Returns & Refunds

  • Please contact us via the contact form to discuss the return of any items.

  • Please state your invoice number and reason for return.

  • Orders may be returned for refund within 14 days of delivery.

  • Music returned that has been marked/damaged in any way will not be eligible for refund. Please ensure that all returns are packed in appropriate packaging.

  • Please obtain a proof of posting certificate when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
